Malbosat.biz online store review


New online asian fashion store Malbosat.biz recently contacted me to see if I'd like to try out their services.

Based in Pakistan, the store offers a growing range of Pakistani designers and labels including Sana Safinaz, AlKaram, Gul Ahmed, Shariq Textiles and Umar Sayeed.

The prices listed are all in dollars although they cater to asian fashion fans all over the world and currently offer free shipping on orders over $50 to the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

I browsed the online store and the Sana Safinaz Silk Collection 2012 caught my eye. I decided to order this design:
I selected the "custom stitching" size option and submitted my measurements to them online. I must have made a few mistakes with my measurements but reassuringly, the Malbosat.biz team contacted me to clarify and when the outfit arrived all was well!

With regards to shipping options, their main payment gateway is run by 2Checkout.com which allows them to accept all major credit and debit cards with highest level of security shoppers. They also offer Paypal which would be my preferred method to use.

I placed my order on November 25th and received regular email updates on the status of my outfit. By the 7th December, my outfit was "ready for delivery" and on the 13th December DHL had delivered.

I was very pleased with the stitching and quality in which the outfit had been made, my only issue was that even though it fitted perfectly when on, taking it on and off was a bit of a struggle. I got my own tailor (aka my mum!) to add a zip to make it a bit easier to slip on.

Overall I would definitely shop with them again, the customer service level was really high and I'm very happy with my outfit.

  1. I am impressed with their customer service.. Even though the process took over a month and I did not get what I wanted, and had the cancel the order, they kept in touch with me through the whole process.
