Meet Manish Malhotra at Aashni & Co in London

Fashion fans in London and the rest of the UK, here's a date for your diaries: On the 25th September, Indian designerwear store Aashni & Co are hosting a "Designer's Day" with Indian designer (and friend to many of Bollywood's leading ladies and heroes) Manish Malhotra.

Phone Photography Class with Three and Samsung

Last weekend I was invited by the mobile network Three to join a photography class they were holding in Manchester City Centre. Myself and a group of other local bloggers were each given a Samsung Galaxy S6 for the day and our tutor Aidan O'Rourke showed us how to make the most of a phone camera's settings.

Floral Hairband Hairstyle Inspired by Rohit Bahl at AICW2015

For the final event of my cousin's wedding, I decided to take some hair styling inspiration from Rohit Bal's Amazon India Couture Week 2015 collection.

The models wore these huge floral-looking textured hair pieces which covered almost half the side of their heads in some cases!

I didn't have anything as big as their hair pieces, but I did have a small floral headband which I tried to style in a similar way. Here's my take on the look...

Disco Sequin and Print Sari for a Mehndi

This month has been filled with the wedding events from another close family member. We had 5 different events, all within the space of two weeks!

I re-wore a lot of outfits I already had, but for one of the mehndi events I wore a new sari and paired it with a fitted sequin crop top. Read on to see where my crop top was from and how I put together the whole look.
